$125/night through March 31, 2012.  $750/week

$150/night April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012. $900/per week

$10 per night for one or two pets.
Cleaning fee: $30.
Minimum: two nights.
Subject to Sonoma County Transient Occupancy Tax at 9% (does not apply to the pet fee).

Check in after 3pm.  Check out before 11am.

This unit is not ADA accessible.
Smoking is not permitted in this unit.

Deposit: we require a deposit of one day's rent in order to confirm your reservation.  This reservation deposit becomes a security deposit when you arrive, and will be returned to you within five days of your departure if the unit is in satisfactory condition when you leave.  If your deposit was made by credit card, we will return the deposit to the same card.  If your deposit was made through PayPal, we will return it to your PayPal account.  If your deposit was by check, we will send you a check. 

Confirmation: we will confirm your reservation when we receive the deposit.

Full payment: is due 20 days prior to check-in; if reserving later than that, full payment and the reservation deposit are due before the reservation can be confirmed.  If you wish to pay by check, you must allow time for it to be received and clear before check in.

Payments: you may pay by Visa or MasterCard.  We will take credit card payment information over the telephone or in person.  You may pay by PayPal, sending the money to Manager@sunset-manor-of-guerneville.com.  You may also pay by check; your personal check must clear before the payment can be considered complete.

Cancellation:  if you need to cancel prior to check-in, we will return your reservation deposit less $25 if we can obtain a replacement tenant or if your cancellation is more than 30 days prior to check-in.
